The Landsharks will be facing the Mcallen Nightmare on Feb.20th. for Cancer Awareness charity game. This game will benefit Dee Dee Trevino who is currenlty fighting cancer. 100% of the proceeds collected will go directly to her to help with costly medical and travel bills.
Please come out and attend & help spread the word out.
No practice today 1/3/10 due to weather & bad field conditions.
We will be practicing on Sunday 1/7/10 12pm-2pm.
Everyone be there, no excuses. The Super Bowl doesnt start till 5pm!
All players who have not provided there jersey size & numbers for our new jerseys, must contact me ASAP.
Veterans have first choice in #. The number of years played rules over the player who’s played lesser years.

Nightmare: 3
Sharks scored 6 Touchdowns & allowed 3 Touchdowns against the Nightmare in a physical scrimmage, several sets of 15 plays each on offense/defense were played, there were no live quarters played. Good job by both teams, both were able to move the ball and show alot of potential for the 2010 season.
This was a good test for the Sharks & both teams now know what they must work on to get better.
Next practice is on Wednesday. Feb.3rd

We will be hosting the Nightmare in scrimmage this Saturday at 4pm. This will be a full padded scrimmage.Fans are welcome to attend & get a preview of both squads, as they tune up for the 2010 season.
All players be there by 3pm.

Offense white jerseys
Defense navy jerseys
White pants

To get to the point: as part of the technical stuff that makes this website work you will be receiving an email notifying you of a change to your membership password. 7 vs 7 games will be this Saturday, Januray 16 at Victor Park in Harlingen, located on the frontage road. Please be there in pads at 2:30 PM sharp. Offensive players wear white jerseys and defensive players wear blue.
